Terms and Conditions:

• No loud parties on the property premises
• No noise complaints from neighbors or property managers
• Guests not added into the reservations are not allowed to enter the unit.
• Sex/human trafficking is not allowed in any shape or form
• We will hold your credit card number in case of any damages done to the apartment or fines received from the property’s association, the government, or professional cleaning crews.
• You will be notified in advance if we need to charge the card for any damages done to the apartment.
• Extra charges can occur if the following happens but is not limited to: broken objects, stains, unwanted smells, smoking in the room, missing items or technology, excessive trash left in the room, fines, fees, or any other financial loss that occurred during your stay.
• A formal noise complaint will result in a $200 fee
• We want to ensure you treat the property with respect and enjoy your visit.
• We will be stopping by at maximum once per day during your visit to ensure there are no parties and ensure you are having a pleasant stay.
